Welcome to entry number one of my blog (yeah I’m doing something new for 2010)! This blog will be a place where I will write about Christian topics, current events, what’s going on with me as a recording artist/musically, etc. I hope everybody had a fantastic Christmas, and New Years Day. We had a great service at Church to bring in the New Year, followed by a delicious breakfast!
So anyhow, 2010 is already upon us, the beginning of a new year, and a new decade. It seems that it has become tradition for people to set goals at the beginning of a new year for things they would like to accomplish. I know there are so many things that we would like to see happen in our personal lives, careers, etc… However as we move further into 2010, it’s important that we continue to keep our focus on Christ, and renew our minds daily. Matthew 6:33 says, “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.” The body of Christ should always remember that we are put on this earth to glorify God. What are you going to do to get closer to Christ this year?
