What's going on! I hope things have been going well for everyone. There have been a lot of things going on since my last blog entry in late May. I've been writing/producing and working on some new songs. This has definitely been a season of growth in my Christian walk, and I believe that my music is reflecting that. As I dig deeper into the Word, I'm getting a better understanding of the way God operates, and the things that I can do to improve my walk with Jesus. The Bible has so many layers to it man! It's such a great book!!! It's so important to let the Word of God dominate your life. Never let circumstances, people, or fear distract you from what God has directed you to do.
Something else that has happend since my last blog post is that my hairstyle has changed. The Afro has been cut off....lol...I'm wearing a shorter cut now. In the future I plan to put up more pics with the new cut. After 10 years of wearing the fro, it's cool to have a different style. I actually cut my hair as part of a Fundraiser for my home church called the "My Strength is Not In My Hair Challege". Some other brothers grew and then cut off their beards. The actual haircuts took place at "The Summer Capture 2010" which by the way went very well. I really enjoyed myself. For those who aren't familair with the Summer Capture. It's an annual community outreach outdoor event put on by Divine Grace Ministries Church. There were activities for Children, free haircuts, free food, music, etc...Fun Stuff!
Moving forward I'm going to make an active effort to keep this blog of mine updated more frequently. Thanks for taking the time to read it. God Bless!
