I'm no stranger to opposition it comes with this territory, A reminder of the righteous saints who fought this fight before me, We living in a time where Christian values are hated, If you mention Jesus Christ there's a chance you will be debated, That's nothing but the gates of hell trying to setup shop, By putting Godly men and women on the chopping block, The enemy uses fear to try to take us out the game, Like a doctor uses medicine to take away the pain, And I ain't gone front lately the battles been intense, So I call upon the Lord for Him to come to my defense, He let me know this is His battle my strength is not a factor, He steps in and fights my fights the way stunt doubles do for actors, All I have to do is stand in faith and follow His commands, And He will defeat my enemies regardless of they plans, Sometimes I questioned God cause I did not understand, Why I went through so much warfare but it made me a stronger man, The Bible let's us know that God's children are overcomers, He puts in tough races and makes us the front runners, Showing all His adversaries what is power can do, While proving to the non believers that His Word is so true, I want to take this time to thank the Lord and give Him some praise, For teaching me to live my life applying His righteous ways, If I'm hit with negativity He's the positive energy, From the hands of my enemies He has delivered me
